  I can honestly say nothing but absolute negative things about this company and negative is the most acceptable word I’m able to use unfortunately because if I was able to use one word to describe FRAUDULENT, MISLEADING, DISHONEST, DISRESPECTFUL and many many more much worse descriptions I would but I don’t use that type of language anymore. An elderly woman in Roseville recently had this company tell her her entire roof needed replacement and she had little to no options as the sales person made it seem like the roof was all but collapsing with every second longer without an entire r& r of all the sub roofing materials (plywood) and shingles. They quoted her for materials, labor $1750 just for the permits required to do this type of construction and the total was many many thousands of dollars so much she had to refinance several assets just to get the bare minimum to live according to their salesperson. She did her part and provided them with payment in full just like any good customer showed and would Under 12 months later, the problems began multiple spots leaking. That were the results of the plywood being completely But how could that be? If just 12 months before she paid to have this all replaced one thing led to another and turns out there is a Roof like this or worse and the company absolutely refuses to take care of it. Upon calling the county, it was found out permits that she paid 1700 We’re not even pulled and now she has to worry about pulling a permit, paying a tremendous amount In fines, and possibly having to replace the entire roof again. Now could someone explain to me how any of this represents even the minimum level of integrity one would have when dealing with Or any human being for that matter. Each and every attempt at getting this resolved has been dealt with with no more than a brush off. And complete disrespect Leaving this woman in complete tears and shambles terrified what’s going to come next. So to anyone even thinking about using this company I would just advise you. It might be best to call one more place because who knows what could happen with one terrible storm her home could become a mold infested convertible that is no longer safe to live in . I have witnessed everything that I have spoken, and I must say this is the absolute worst example of Of any sort taking advantage, and basically stealing, and not being held accountable so my review would have zero stars, if that were an option just to be accurate and honest something this company is not
